Get the face that detect it or look in metrics section. It only registers after a nights sleep

Hello @smashley1985 and welcome to the Help forums.  A live SpO2 reading isn't available on any Fitbit device.  @Mannbrad is correct.  The SpO2 in the Health Metrics section is your average SpO2 during that sleep.  In order to see the range during sleep, you need to use one of the SpO2 clock faces.
