I'm not sure if you are referring to contact the live chat to Support? If that is your question this is the link: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US 

At the bottom of the page you can change the country and language.

I figured out that I can't access it using Firefox browser, but if I switch to Microsoft it does work for me and they were very prompt.
