Can one of you call me. I am really so upset with Fitbit right now. I am on the phone right now with the hightest level customer service and I Am getting no answers.

Sorry that you are. I've looked at your posts and it seems you ordered a new Sense. Moderators post on the forums and you'd still need to type it all our for them to understand the situation. They won't know what's going on unless you tell them - by typing it out here. If you're on the phone, just restate whatever your need is and state it clearly as possible. If you want help on the forums, you will need to type it out.
