How do I get my Fitbit sense glass repaired?

Does anyone know how I can get my Sense Fitbit glass replaced. I have had it for two weeks and was going to attach it to the charger when I accidently dropped it and now it is shattered on the bottom. I understand the warranty doesn't cover it. I still want to get it fixed. Calling customer service said that they don't do repairs but is there somewhere else I can get the screen replaced? I really don't want to spend another over $229 for another new one.

Hi @MPacknick  first, check with your credit card company (if your purchase was that way) to see if they have any insurance on your Fitbit. It's helped others when they have had a problem. With the replacement, you just need to search and see if any services are out there that do repairs on the screens.

I have checked the area and on line and not found any place to do a repair to the screen. I will check the CC to see if that is something that would have some kind of coverage! thanks for the idea
