I disconnected my sense on my phone. And now I have no idea how to reconnect it. Does anyone know this?

what type of phone do you have? How did you 'disconnect'? Are there any error messages on the fitbit app on your phone? Anyway, see if bluetooth is on on your phone and see if bluetooth 'sees' your watch. Pair it up.
