Hi,

I have the Sense and I activated the snoring functionality to test it and see what it looks like. I don't snore, so it's not very useful to me. But now, my battery is draining like crazy and I'm not finding where to turn off the feature.

 

Is there a way to turn it off?

Thanks for sharing your thoughts about the Snore and Noise detection feature. I understand that this feature may not work for all of you and please note you can always choose to turn it off on the Fitbit app. Our team constantly works on our features to improve their performance and make sure they meet our members needs, rest assured your feedback won't be taken for granted. @Eddiehulme If by any chance you have an issue with this feature settings after the Premium subscription period, don't hesitate to let me know so I can investigate and help you out.

 

@Jetskijo I appreciate you for sharing the other steps to access the Snore and Noise detection settings. I see your point of view and another way to access those settings is to open the Fitbit app and tap the Sleep tile > gear icon > Detect Snoring.

I found the feature very useful, but due to the drain of ca. 40 % of battery per night I will most likely pause the feature until this has been solved better. I have tested that I snore only occasionally (less than 5 minutes per night), but I would like to test again in few weeks. I hope the battery issue will be solved, as I really like it, but having to charge my Sense every day is not something I would like to do in a long run.
