How do I turn off these requests to set up a voice assistant

My sense keeps vibrating godknows how many times an hour asking me to set up a voice assistant. I have zero interest in doing so. How do I disable these messages?

Hi @SunsetRunner  you are probably doing a long press of the button which is assigned to voice assistant. 

 

In the watch Settings menu change long press to something else.

 

If you are left handed this can be more if an issue.
