How do I keep the screen on permanently?

On wrist, Settings > Display > Always-On Display

But it uses battery faster.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

You really don't want that always on..very draining on the old battery..

As @JohnnyRow  and @lablover55  say, AOD is not very battery friendly.

A better option is to make sure the wrist action is enabled.

It can be done in the Fitbit App, click on profile photo, device photo and enable Quick view, or

on the watch, Settings > Display > Screen wake > Motion and button, or

Swipe left edge to right on the watch to get to Quick Settings > enable the wrist action icon.

but that eats up battery power as well..I leave that off..
