May problem of fitbit sense is unlocked pairing to may phone.... what is tha pairing code to unlocked may fitbit sense at may phone acct.. thank you....

Hi @Chad24 be sure to follow these directions when setting up your Sense - click to read. The code should appear on the screen of your Fitbit when setting up per those directions.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. If you continue getting the unlock with your phone message on your Fitbit Sense, it is because you entered an incorrect PIN code 10 times, you're prompted to unlock your Fitbit device with your paired phone.

To unlock your device with your phone:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab then your profile picture then your device image.
  2. Tap Device Lock.
  3. Find the option to reset your PIN code.
