I appreciate that these are not the best of times and I expect delays to deliveries, however over a week since ordering and no update on delivery, despite being late and not moved in 6 days..
Looks like it may be lost so can I have a full refund??

Hi @Kennymac72 - you can contact Support to ask about cancelling your order but you may want to wait it out, especially if you plan to re-order from another online retailer. All of the delivery companies are experiencing significant delays due to unprecedented volume and covid delays. The US Post Office, especially, is experiencing at least 3 week delays. Packages are just sitting in trailers for extended periods of time. Personally, I’m still waiting for items (from other retailers) that were ordered right after Thanksgiving. As you said, these are not the best of times. But think of how your new Sense will help motivate you to better health in 2021!
