Here's my situation:
FitBit watches don't have warranty? This is new to me.
Would appreciate any help about the warranty question.

Hi @Stormiej it depends on where you purchased it. Only an authorized Fitbit retailer has any warranty. click for warranty information. Sad to say, many places sell the devices, but they are third party and have no warranty, which becomes a problem for the purchaser. Have you tried going back to your original shop where you got it? If you paid by credit card, see what they can do to help you. Many times our credit cards have an insurance which helps when an item becomes broken - it's worked for many on the forums, so it's worth your calling them up to see if it can help you.
