For a company that has excelled at providing step counters and overall health monitors, it's so odd that you can't keep it going with the new line of trackers.
Since there has been new elements that are being calculated, like stress and readiness, I can't help but think that somehow either one or both of these elements are not just calculations, but somehow playing a role in the calculation process and that is where the programming difficulty comes from.
If that is the case, it certainly wasn't tested properly and we're all suffering from inaccurate readings. Again, if this is the case, why isn't there a setting to just go back to a basic tracking unit?
I love Fitbit, being a user since 2014 and I'm hoping that they sort this out for this tracker and their eventual new tracker.
