How to I reset the time on my fitbit since it's 4 hours ahead

My fitbit since is 4 hours of how do you reset the time

Hi @Hildy60  - normally when you sync it should set the time correctly, however if you changed time zone it doesn't always pick up the change automatically.

To fix it, in the the Fitbit App

• click on the profile photo,
• click App settings,
• turn off automatic time zone and location 
• Set the time zone manually
• Sync and the time on the watch will get corrected
• go back and turn on the automatic settings again and resync for good measure.
