How to return FitBit Sense that is 40 days old

I purchased the FitBit Sense from Target on 2/27/2021.  Previously, I had the FitBit Charge 2 and was very happy with it, but I wanted to switch up for some of the additional features the Sense offers.  However, I have been very unhappy.  I cannot get phone calls or text messages on the sense anymore.  I have tried all of the recommendations on this site and none seem to resolve the issue.  I feel for the price of the watch, it should not be so difficult to install and maintain this information.  I should have just stayed with the Charge 2.  From reading other messages, I have learned that I need to return it to the retailer that I purchased it from.  My sales slip from Target says that I had until 3/29/2021 to return it.  Does anyone have any recommendations?

Hi @SunsetRunner  each retailer sets their own time frame in which to return a device. If you bought directly from Fitbit.com the time is 45 days. Since you got it at Target, you had whatever time they set for returns. The only suggestion I'd have is to work with customer support to get your Sense working, since it's unable to be returned at this time.

@SunsetRunner - you may also want to check with your credit card company. Some of them offer liberal return policies.
