How to return my watch

I purchased a Fitbit sense on 02/12/2022 while on vacation in Tenerife at El Corte Ingles.
Only 2 months after the watch will not charge anymore.
We went back to the retailer as instructed on your website.
They say they do not handle these problems and i would have to follow a procedure to send the watch back to Fitbit.
 
But on the site I cannot find a procedure to send back my watch.
This watch worked for 2 months and i also bought a Fitbit membership.
How will this be solved?

Hi @KarenVH  when you purchase directly from Fitbit, you have 45 days in which to return your device. Since you got it elsewhere and they won't take it back, you'll need to work with customer support to resolve the issue of it not charging.  Chat or phone is best. https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
