How to set up Sense for kids?

Kids received a Sense for Christmas, (one each) and i cant set them up via my account. it seems my only option to to change their age to older.  any fix to this?

I don't think there is a fix because nothing is broken. It's just how it's designed. Sense isn't designed for kids.

Hi @Johncac,

 

how old are your kids? Starting with the age of 13 you are allowed to create their own Fitbit account (with full control by themself).

Kids account is only supported for Ace trackers, no other trackers.

8 and 10, only Fitbit in kids mode seems to be the ace.  oh well they are now 13. working. and thanks to all for your replies.

@Johncac They grew up so fast 😁 Now that they are teenagers you will face a hard time of your parenting (facing my daily problems with my 13 years old daughter 😖)
