You can use the Spinning option on your Fitbit Sense to track this activity. Please check this help article to learn to do so.

The article did not say anything about adding spinning to the workout options. Please help me find a place to add workout options. Also, when spinning classes and stationary bikes are basic activities at the gym, why isn't already an option?

Hello @QuitaSN and welcome to the Community. All of the exercise shortcuts are on the Sense. Tap on the Exercise app on Sense screen and swipe up until you get to Spinning. It's in alphabetical order, so it's near the end. Spinning is used for any indoor bike, not just the Peloton type.
