I can't get access to any of my apps.-Sense

Something is up with my Fitbit Sense. When I try to swish to the right the only thing that comes up is a calculator. I can't get to any of my apps. I tried holding the left button to reset (getting the Fitbit dots) and still nothing happens. Has this happened to anyone?

Yes, Fitbit is helping me. It is still under warranty and they said they will replace it. SO glad. Great customer service.

Fitbit had me try this several times. It did not work.
