I can't read the intersection clock face and want to delete it

I know how to add and delete clock faces, but I don't have an option to delete the Intersection clock face. Is this possible, or is Fitbit requiring us all to have this?

Hi @Skdavis97  -  you cannot delete the active clock face, first make another clock face active then you will be able to remove it.

This is to avoid having no clock faces.

It was not the active clock face. I can add numerous other ones, but they
disappear. Thanks for trying though

@Skdavis97-  it would seem you have some sort of syncing issue - are you sure your watch is syncing properly?

Disappearing clock faces means they never properly got installed and the one you want to remove is still considered the active one.

Try changing to another clock face on the watch using the Clocks App, restart both the watch and the phone and sync the watch and try again.

If that doesn't work check the firmware level of the watch from the watch Settings, About Sense, System info menu. It should be at least 44.128.5.38

Syncing issues are not the problem either. Thanks for trying yet again. I
am trying to delete a factory installed watch face that cannot be deleted

@Skdavis97  - it is possible to remove the original clock face and have 5 of your own choice normally.

If installed clock faces disappear there is definitely a problem with your configuration which can result in not being able to remove the clock face.

Once you resolve the disappearing clock faces issue it should then be possible to remove it.

With which Sense watch model did the Intersection clock face come as default? It is not very readable as you say. Normally they come with Spectrum.
