I can’t reboot my sense

when I press on/off button on left side and hold for 10 seconds as instructed it doesn’t turn off. What I get instead is a message saying I haven’t added any cards to my wallet. Even if I hold for time required nothing happens.

Try this

Shut down the watch

[Swipe left, Settings, at the bottom, Shutdown]

wait a minute

Start the watch

[Hold the button till it vibrates or logo appears]

Wait for the clock to reappear.

Also practice using the indent - it seems you are only getting a long press response

Worn on the left arm -

rest your other thumb on the arm to the left of the watch

and forefinger on the back of the hand

and do a gentle squeeze of the watch

Thank you. Good instructions on how to do manually. Have rebooted and will
wait and see if fixes other problem with sleep stages which I doubt as I've
spent alot of time trying to work through it. Thanks again.
