I can't set the correct time on my Sense

I just received my new Sense and I have set it all up but I can’t get the time set with the correct time zone. I have synced it several times but it won’t set. It is 2 hours behind!! Help!!

Hello @GMKelley. Welcome to the community forums. @SunsetRunner, @DramaQueenDiva Nice to see you around and thanks for your great input.

@GMKelley I'm sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for the information and for the steps you've followed. I'd recommend making sure that your Sense is still paired to your Fitbit account. If not, please try to re-set up your device by following the instructions below: 

  1. Open the Fitbit App
  2. Tap the Today tab and tap your profile picture.
  3. Tap Set Up a Device.
  4. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

After that, if the time on your Sense is still incorrect after syncing, I'd recommend making sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, I recommend visiting this help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

I also recommend performing a restart to your Fitbit Sense by following the instructions here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
