Why can’t I no longer set up messenger notifications on my sense?

Hi @Jenny41189 - there should be no reason, though if you have an iPhone it's a little bit more complicated. You may need to have a current Messenger notification on the phone before setting it up, in Sense, Notification or App notifications in the Fitbit App .
