I can't sync Fitbit Sense with my phone

Hi All,

 

I am having a very frustrating issue with syncing my Sense and it always happens out of the blue! The sense will not sync at all!

I have tried many ways from restarting my Sense(press and hold for 10 sec),turning bluetooth on and off,updating the fitbit app to the latest version,clearing cache but it still would not sync.The only thing I have not done is to restart my phone,which I am very inclined not to,because it is just a painkiller solution and it does not solve the root of the issue. As you can see,I also have a blaze and it does managed to sync successfully.

 

Furthermore,I encountered this similar issue when I was using Versa 2 too.I thought by upgrading to the Sense with a newer OS,I should not be having this issue anymore,but I am greatly disappointed that I am still experiencing this.

 

Please let me know what can I do,apart from restarting my phone...

I'm very sorry for the experience and thank you very much for the detailed information including the screenshot and for every step you followed prior to posting. At this time, I'd like to let you know that in order to troubleshoot a syncing inconvenience, it is necessary to follow each step suggested in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 

You can start by removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:

 

*On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.

*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request. Also, please make sure no other mobile devices are nearby as this can interfere with the set up or sync process. 

 

In addition, please make sure the Fitbit Blaze or any other device isn't nearby. If the devices are nearby, please turn off Bluetooth on them since they may cause any interference.
