I forgot to sync my Inspire HR before switching to my new Fitbit sense

I recently setup my new Fitbit Sense but forgot to sync my Inspire HR before the setup process. Due to this I lost 3 days worth of activity data. Although I can live without it but is there anyway to sync the lost data from my old Inspire HR to my Fitbit account now?

Welcome to the Fitbit community.

 

So you still have the Inspire and have it in the Fitbit app? If you removed it from the app, try adding it again. It should still be able to sync the information it has on it.
