I hate the google/Alexa assist and when it’s deactivated it keeps coming up on my phone to activate

I hate the voice assist and even though it’s off, it comes up 10 times a day to turn it on and set it up.

 

i don’t want it and hate the constant messages.

 

How can I stop them?
