Hi @petrabuchanan  first of all, you work with customer support to see if what you need falls under Fitbit's warranty. After your warranty period with Fitbit is over, the warranty you purchased will take over.  What's going on?

I purchased a Warranty to be clear and I’ve maintained that warrantee. 
The screen cracked. I seem to be struggling to find a way to contact customer service. I got directed here.

I’ll look again. Chat is not an option they are giving me. It pops up with other options then everything fades other than community forum.
