I have lost all my data and few picture’s I have posted.  I can see my old profile picture’s but can not recover any information more than a month old which also has deleted some of my information.  I need this information due to serious health issues I was hoping my Fitbit Sense was tracking 😩. Can anybody help me please?

Often when data seems to be lost, it is because user has logged into Fitbit with the wrong Fitbit ID/email.  All data is stored by your email so if you log in with a different email, it will not see your data.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
