I have to charge my sense nearly everyday I don't understand why it drains so quick some days I can't move much. And often ill wake up and no sleep has been recorded. I'm really annoyed with it. I wanna swap 😞

Let me give you a warm Welcome to our Community @ABBEY75. Thanks for the details you shared.
Thanks for letting us know about the battery short life issues experienced with your Sense. I understand how you're feeling about not having your sleep recorded, if your device’s battery is critically low you wont have the sleep stages.
As you may know, the Sense should last 6+ days after a full charge. However, you may have to charge it more often if certain features, such as the SpO2 Signature or an animated clock face, GPS or the Always-On Display function, are frequently being used. This doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, but as with any other electronic device the features will impact its battery.
If you've not done so, I'd recommend to try the tips described in this help article Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
Give it a shot to this recommendations.
Have a nice weekend !

Do you loose most of your charge overnight?
If so, the culprit could be snore report. It is a huge drain each night. If it is on, turn it off.

Since upgrading my iPhone to iOS 16 the Bluetooth connection has been intermittent/flashing to the point that the battery life of the Sense has dropped from 7 days to 5 and now 2 days.
From a technical point of view it looks like there is something seriously wrong with the Bluetooth connection?
There have been various error messages about re-pairing the Sense, I have even removed the Sense from my profile and reconnected from scratch - still got errors.
How can I get “proper” logs from either the Sense or the iPhone regarding the Bluetooth communications stack and the handshakes to troubleshoot this?
