New phone today and not only did I lose today's numbers but nothing backed up to my Samsung S21 from my previous LG G8. Help!

If you logged into the same Fitbit account with same email, your data should be there.  Data is stored in Fitbit data every time you  do a successful sync.  If you had not recently completed a sync from old phone, data only since last sync would be missing.  Try looking at the fitbit.com dashboard to see if your data is there.

Now that I figured that out (wrong email) it is not showing all my stats. Only shows calories, exercise, weight.  Not the details I had before.  Thankfully,  I still have my old phone to compare.

Did you remove the fitbit app, connecting settings etc from the old phone?

If it is certain tiles that are not showing at all, as opposed to data just being blank or 0, then tap 'Edit' near top right and scroll down to 'Additional Stats'.  It's hard to give any more help without more specifics, or ideally screen caps.

Does the "missing" data show up on fitbit.com dashboard?
