I cannot get text messages from my Iphone 12 or even reminders to move on my Sense. I have tried all the suggestions given. Help!

@CarolDS welcome to the Fitbit community

 

If you're not getting any at all it's either one of two settings:

 

1. Your Sense is on Do Not Disturb. Check and turn it off, swipe right to get to the quick settings, if the circle with the line (top right button) is colored, it's on. Tap to turn off.

 

2. If your phone is on mute or do not disturb, your Sense won't get notifications too. You can turn on "Always vibrate" by going to the Fitbit app, account (top left corner), Sense, notifications.
