I upgraded to Sense. Disappointed with the band.

I paid extra for the charcoal band. I'm disappointed. It is way too large. Just a heads up for anyone ordering it. The standard band size was fine but I don't like the design. Considering flipping to Apple. They have excellent band designs with style. Our health tools should not be ugly.

Sorry to hear that, @RobinMemphis!  By "too large", do you mean the band is too wide?  Is it that much wider than the original band?

When you say Charcoal Band was it the Horween Leather, Charcoal Woven, or some other band.

And yes like USAF-Larry asked, is it too wide or too long?  There is a size and material descriptions to aid you determine large or small if your issue is length.

Charcoal band. The band is actually too wide for the first loop the band hits when you try to put it on also. The 2nd loop is far larger. This poor dimensional control makes every time I put it on ANNOYING. Crap wrist band. I thank you for the insights and response. Keep stepping. We walked over 2,000 miles last year.
