I would like to know how you're going to compensate for the bad charger

So, I'm tired of buying a new charger every month, because of your design flaw.... Who thought it was a smart idea to have four metal pins connect to a watch by magnet???? So now the magnet takes the one pin that charges your watch, and it pulls (Magnetics 101, pin metal = attracted to a magnet.... SURPRISE) the pin back inside the charger and it doesn't charge your watch. Your design flaw,  I don't want to spend that much money on chargers, what are you going to do to compensate? And please don't say warranty issue, it would be a warranty issue if my watch didn't work, the issue is you designed a flawed charger and it's costing everybody. People all over forms everywhere, including this one, saying the same thing .....one pin goes back in their charger, they just haven't made the connection yet that it's the magnet in that corner that pulls that pin in. I know that's what happens because if you tap on, it it'll pop back out, but when you put your watch on it it goes right back in and doesn't charge your watch. What are you doing about this???

While you wait for Fitbit to come up with a fix, I’d suggest buying a 3rd party charger on the internet. It seems many Fitbit users solved the problem that way. At least you can charge it while you wait.

I don't let the charger snap onto the tracker, by placing one edge against the tracker and lowering it.

I too have had a pin failure.

@IrishPhenix From reviews, the Sense 2/Versa 4 use the same charger, so they didn't fix it in the next release, so doubt they will ever fix it.

Now I have the original Sense and use the original charger that came with it. Never had any issues with any of the pins or charging. I clean the pins and the pits of the watch back everytime before I charge (with a Q-tip and rubbing alcohol), as grit gets stuck on the pits/pins.

I purchased an off brand charger and it wouldn’t fully charge my unit. So I had to waste more money on ANOTHER new Fitbit brand charger that was purchased afterwards that only lasted a few months. I’ve had my watch 2 years and I’ve had 3 chargers! Now I need to get another one.
