IDK whats wrong with my SENSE

My Fitbit Sense was down to 16% battery i put it on the charger and Out of no where the logo comes on for 3 sec and then shuts off for 3 sec and repeats.

 

I did the hold for 10 sec but nothing different happened.

I cleaned the Fitbit charger and the charging holes(as i always do)

 

What else can i do??
