The Fitbit Sense is a poorly manufactured product. It is quite problematic to pair it with either my Android phone or my laptop. In less than a month, I've had to do a full reset already twice

Hi @favo  while the watch will sync with a phone, syncing with more than one device can make for problems.

Factory resetting may not be the answer to a syncing problem either which is often an issue with the phone needing to be restarted, and even the watch.
