Instructions for lost device and wallet inaccurate

Here are the instructions for deactivating a card in your wallet ...they simply do not work. When I tap the gray image of my watch on the dashboard there is no Fitbit Pay to click. Likewise in the app, when I click the wallet tile - it simply keeps spinning...and never brings up the cards I entered.

From the fitbit.com dashboard,

click the gear icon An icon of a gray gear then your device image.
Click Fitbit Pay.
Click Deactivate Fitbit Pay. Your cards are deleted from Fitbit Pay and can no longer be used to make payments with your device.
If you misplaced your device, you can suspend the card you added to the device instead of deleting it from Fitbit Pay. When you suspend a card, it remains in your Wallet, but you can’t use it to make payments with your device. If you locate your device, you can unsuspend the card and then use it to make payments.

To suspend a card:

In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab Fitbit logo in black, which looks like 13 circles in the shape of a diamond, where the circles are larger from left to right, then tap your profile picture.
Tap your device image, then tap the Wallet tile.
Tap the card you want to suspend.
Tap Suspend Card.
