I live in australia and i went to check my sleep on my sense and there was a big banner at the top telling me my sense can now alert me if I have irregular heart rhythm and to set up now, so I tapped it and was reading it all then at the bottom it had "set up now" but it wasn't responding to my tap, seemed greyed out.
I searched and followed online instructions of going to assessments and reports but all I can do there is view my results.
Why am I not able to select to get notified of possible afib?!

I got exactly the same this morning whilst syncing to see sleep score which threw me as I thought for now its only available in the US and I'm in the UK???

As @LZeeW mentioned, I also clarify with you that the irregular heart rhythm notifications is currently only available in US, and additional countries will be added as regulatory clearance is obtained. Hello @MelodyRuth Fitbit is currently rolling out this feature to US users. A release note said it could take weeks to get it to all users. There are nine devices getting this feature, so I'm not surprised that it could take this long. If it's any consolation, I haven't received it yet. We just need to be patient.

Can you advise when the Irregular Heart Rhythm notifications feature will be made available on Fitbit devices in Australia? I can confirm that the ECG feature is available on Fitbit Charge 5 devices in Australia but strangely the Irregular Heart Rythym notifications feature isn’t.
