Irregular heart rhythm notifications prompt is greyed out

I live in australia and i went to check my sleep on my sense and there was a big banner at the top telling me my sense can now alert me if I have irregular heart rhythm and to set up now, so I tapped it and was reading it all then at the bottom it had "set up now" but it wasn't responding to my tap, seemed greyed out.

I searched and followed online instructions of going to assessments and reports but all I can do there is view my results.

Why am I not able to select to get notified of possible afib?!

Hi Lizzy,

Thanks for that update, I just checked and it is now finally available in and working as you've said.

@LizzyFitbit I am unsure why it is officially published by Fitbit amd it keeps being repeated in here that this feature is available in Australia.

I'm in Australia, I have a Charge 5 and this feature isn't available.

Sorry, but as everyone keeps saying, the "I agree" box is greyed out and there is no way around it.

No Help guide or list of available countries will fix this until it is actually turned on.

Hi, it is now available in aus, I found it working from December 2022, hopefully you can get it to work soon.

Go to the " I agree" screen, and then scroll up ONLY TOP HALF of the screen. It is a useless bit of ui but I found this eventually.

UK is on the list but I have the same problem "I agree is ghosted out"

Have you tried just scrolling up the top of the screen? (Keep finger well clear of the "I Agree" section). In my experience, the I Agree button is not enabled until you have reviewed that part that is hidden. The bottom of the screen does not scroll, the top part does.

Me too, multiple iPhones tried.

I have the same problem, impossible to select accept, and nothing to scroll down to. I'm using a Samsung S20FE 5G. Why is this bug still not fixed?

Why is this response not marked as the solution to this thread!???!!

Thank you, scrolling at the top of my screen worked for me too.

Well, I can think of two reasons. 1) There are not enough people complaining to make the list. 2) They only come out with bug fixes so often. This is obviously a significant issue because they made a lot of effort to include the feature and advertise it. After a lengthy exchange with their help desk, I realized that no communication path from the end user to the developers exists.

I had this issue and was able to make contact with their help center. They
said to scroll down (thumping up) when you got to the grayed out agree.
This worked on my watch but not my wife’s. After repeated try’s, hers
worked, but she doesn’t remember what, if anything, she did.

Not so on multiple iPhones for me. It’s not a manipulation issue. Other features in the App do that scroll down thing, but not the AFIB sensor.

Well the critical thing is where on the screen you first touch when thumbing up. Top half to top third.

It turns out it's just not available in Australia yet, only America.

I dont believe that is true. Look through the whole of this comment thread. Lizzie asserts that it is available in Australia in the second reply of Page 1. You will see Keefy in Australia has it working too. Other australians on other threads also have it working.

Ah that's interesting. I thought I had seen an official comment advising not released in Australia yet and given up trying to make it work.

Scad den is correct . The way to clear the greyed out area saying “I accept” is to scroll up from about 1” below the top of the screen . I have been researching this for 48 hrs for my sense and bingo it works. Thank you Scadden .

Eventually playing with top area of screen advised, worked for me.
