Is Fitbit ever going to address the Sense not syncing issue???

I, like so many others on here, am having a horrible time with the Sense not syncing.  I've done all the recommended trouble shooting - too many times to count.  Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.  When it does work, it only syncs once and then I have to go through the whole process again.  I would love some resolution to this that doesn't involve having to remove the item from Bluetooth, turn your phone off, remove the Sense from the app, blah, blah, blah.  I have been a Fitbit customer for many years and it is incredibly frustrating to pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars for something that does not work correctly after only 2 months.  I'm getting ready to chuck this thing in the ocean!!
