I recently bought Fitbit Sense. What made me decide to buy it was because of the "Spotify" could be played on the watch itself. I should had read it completely and carefully (MY BAD!) and didn't notice the word "control" on wrist. So, I can only control the Spotify music (phone must be in my pocket!) on the watch but this is not what I was looking for. I thought I could play Spotify "offline" while doing my running routines! But it's too late for me now as the retailer where I bought this doesn't accept returning the watch! Forced to create a Deezer account and avail the 3-month free premium (will deactivate this before it expires). COME ON FITBIT it's already 2022! Seems you're not taking your costumers' concerns very seriously!!! Another bummer is this free 6-month Fitbit Premium -- I tried chatting and raising my concern thru online support and told me that it's not yet available in my country!! No ending frustration!!! It feels like being scammed for some reasons!

Hi @abeeba - disappointing, however there are some things to help.
Premium Spotify is required to use the bare Spotify controls which isn't very useful.
Skip that and Use Music controls of the watch instead [double press the button generally], it's free and works regardless of what app or clock is running, whereas with Spotify controls you have to stop your exercise or clock to use it and there is no volume control.
As you have to have your phone nearby [except for Deezer] you can run any music on it and control it with your watch using Music controls and can control the volume too.
Ended my 6 month free Fitbit premium, didn't find it useful, in fact more of a problem getting the results consistently.

@abeeba I found this page on the Spotify Community . It looks like Spotify has no interest in a partnership with Fitbit for off-line play.

Sense 2, Luxe, Aria 2 | iOS | Mac OS
Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.

@abeeba @LZeeW - also on the Spotify site it doesn't mention the Sense and Versa 3, let alone Sense 2 or Versa 4, as supported devices.

The Wear OS watches have Spotify offline yet they are not on the Spotify site.
If a watch isn't on there, that doesn't necessarily mean that they don't have offline support.
Spotify and Fitbit, we want Spotify offline similar to how Deezer offline and Pandora offline work on the device!
