Hello all
Does Fitbit sense battery life issue really solved? I read a couple of posts saying that switching off SPO2 and GPS to improve battery life. I can’t understand we buy a product and need to switch off certain features to save battery life and the advertise product spec never spell out clearly battery life will drain off with this feature switch on

When I buy a product I read the the box printing. This kind of statement is similar like iPhone 12 "up to 2 meters water resistance'. It can be 1 meter or even half a meter !

The ** usually means that there is more information on that particular section. Before you purchased, did you go to the Fitbit site and read up on it? I usually check out anything I can before buying it. The information on the outside of a package is never as much as reading the user manual and other information on a website.

Obviously there is not answer here. From what you mentioned is that is design spec. I take as this is how your product performance and end this conversation as simple as that

Hi @yenfui, it's good to see you here in the forums. @Odyssey13, thanks for stopping by to share your insights.
@yenfui, thanks for searching more details about the Sense and for the picture provided. The Sense should last 6+ days however, as any other electronic device certain features will impact its battery depending of how frequent they're used. As our friend mentioned, if your watch is continuously tracking GPS or SpO2 data, using Spotify control music, Always-On Display or an animated clock face will require you to charge your Sense more often. This doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, it's just for you to take those conditions into consideration.
I understand your point of view about this situation. Fitbit continues working and improving our Fitbit devices based on our members feedback, and be sure that your comments haven't gone unnoticed. You can find more details about the battery life and some tips to maximize it in this help article.
