Since I had the Fitbit sense I received only one firmware update.
Should we expect a second one anytime soon?
I believe the device has many issues which are unfixed.

@SunsetRunner Fitbit doesn't release firmware updates on a calendar. Updates are released when ready. I wear a Versa 3 and the two devices share many issues that need to be addressed. I would like to see one soon, too.

How does Fitbit advise you and do you need to plug into a device or will it update via Bluetooth connection?

@Sharz1 Wi-fi is preferred over Bluetooth for a firmware update.

When we have a look at the charge 4, 3 updates in about 5 months, unlocking some functions that were reserved to Versa and Sense, unlocking premium features also ... then despite the screen for the Sense , the main differences stays in the ECG for the compatible country....
And by then, lots of complain on this community regarding battery drain, measurements not accurate on lots of simple functions, notifications problems where other company manage it very well, and of course no communication and no firmware update for about 5 months !
Sense is suppose to be the premium high end flagship of the brand ....
Sense seems then abandoned to charge 4 update priority.
Due to this lack of professionalism it will be my LAST Fitbit
