Is there a way to change the font size on Sense?

Hi there,

I have an enquiry about the font size on Fitbit sense it is somewhat small. As an example, when I receive the notifications it looks so small and part of the text is unreadable. My question is there any way to change the size because I had Fitbit versa 2 before and it was quite well with the font size.  One more question is Fitbit going to add more languages to its next update coz as Arabic users we can not read messages received in Arabic.

Thx.

Hi @Adam-Ali and @BobGohd it's nice to see you around. @sancho90, thanks for stopping by to share your insights and suggestions.

Let me explain that currently it's not possible to adjust the font size on the Sense or any of our Fitbit devices. Our team has also received feedback from our members to support Arabic language in our devices and the Fitbit app. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you and please know that your comments won't be taken for granted as they'll help us to improve the Fitbit experience. In fact, I'd recommend you to check the following ideas requested in the Feature Suggestions board and support them by adding your vote. The more votes an idea receives, the better chance it has of getting the attention of the developers:

@Adam-Ali, about your other question, the ECG App isn't yet available in Australia. I understand how much you'd like to use this app and our team is working hard to bring the Fitbit ECG App to Fitbit users across the world. While we don't have a time frame or further details about this or any other feature availability, I'd suggest you to keep an eye to our Help Forums and our ECG supported countries for future updates.

By the way, is the ECG working in Australia? because I have not seen this feature yet.

I've been thinking of getting a new Fitbit, but I'm scared I'm going to have the same issue I have with the Aspire.  The font is too small to read, and can't be adjusted.  All I can use my fitbit for at the moment is reading the time, everything else has to be done through the App on my phone.

Can someone confirm the Sense doesn't have this problem?

Thanks

Hi @BobGohd,

I am not able to find any feature to increase the font size at my Sense.

I would recommend having a try in a shop - the display of the Sense is bigger than the Inspire. But the font size is still not that big. For some values like step count etc. you may find a sufficient clock face. You can access the available clocks here - please check whether it is available for the Fitbit Sense:
