Is there a way to recover recent sleep data?

I wear my Fitbit every day. I guess I don't check the app everyday. I went in to look at the steps and sleep today. And realized it hadn't synced in a couple days. It's been less than seven so all the data should be on the watch. Sometimes there's Bluetooth issues and I have to go through the standard troubleshooting steps of turning on Bluetooth on and off killing the app. When none of that works. I hold the side buttons of my sense and it restarts the sense watch, and that usually is the last step that syncs the data. All of my step data the last few days came through. But only last night's sleep came through. I'm missing the other previous days of sleep from this week. I thought they should be on the watch. I've tried for syncing a couple other times. And no luck. Any other suggestions?

Hi @jhardy93 - basic data, like steps is retained much longer than the more complex data for exercises or sleep etc. You may only get a few days of that depending on how you use the watch. If information has gone from the watch it is lost.

Restarting the watch with the button shouldn't lose any data from it.

If toggling Bluetooth and restarting the watch isn't sufficient, often simply restarting the phone is.

A good watch app to easily check what's happening from the watch is the SimpleCheckUp tool, that way you can see immediately see when it last synced and if it can connect. Restart the tool to see which action works best to fix the syncing issues.
