Hi all, new to fitbit and just started using it a couple of days ago. Love it so far but am getting frustrated with the food logging limitations. I'm trying to track my food to help me lose weight but the nutrient amounts don't change with serving size. So for example I had 20g of honey in my breakfast and it logged it as 80g of sugar! How do I change the amounts? Am I missing something? Also, the dashboard won't show me the breakdown beyond macronutrients but the app does. Again am I missing something? Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

Hi @Swim730. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I understand how important it's to have this data logged correctly and I'm sorry for the inconvenience experienced. While it's odd that your items and service sizes got changed, may I know if you noticed this behavior on the Fitbit app? Or was it on your fitbit.com dashboard? If this is affecting the Fitbit app, please let me know the model of your phone so I can investigate on my end.
In regards to your second question, please let me explain that the macronutrients breakdown is currently available on the Fitbit app but not on the fitbit.com dashboard. I understand how much you'd like to have this information available in the website and my best advice is to post this idea in the Feature Suggestions board so our developers can take it into consideration.
I look forward to your response.

Hi Lizzy,
Thanks for your speedy reply 🙂 Yes, the problem is in the FitBit App on Android 9 using a Sony Xperia XZ1 compact. It would be great to get a fix to this. Thanks for the suggestion board info, I'll post re this there.
