After all the research I kind of think it was a little hyped up I don’t see the point of the premium membership also some of my apps on watch crashed many times and when I called for help One week after owning it I was told to factory reset it… I just think that if I’m told after spending 200 and something dollars that it needs to be factory reset at that point I will do they say but I will also return it to them for a refund…

Hi @Jasonbottari have you followed support's advice? It's worth it to try. As for complaints, it seems that with any forum for a product, you'll see only the negative comments, as people ask questions for issues. I have family and friends who use Fitbit and never come to the forums. My one friend loves their Sense and has no problems with it at all. In fact, they got a new Android phone and they said that switching phones with the Sense was a breeze. Not everyone has the same experience, but trust Fitbit's customer support to see you through this. Remember that you got the Fitbit for your fitness journey, so give it a try.
