Lack of repair ability makes no Sense for this tracker.

I had a Charge , and liked it so much I purchased a Sense for each of my sons.  Big mistake.  Screen cracked on one, but there is no way to have it repaired, at my cost, through the company.  I was offered a 35% discount, but that results in a very costly tracker after 8 months.  I don't expect a warranty to cover everything, but there should be some repair options for a tracker at the price we are paying.  I miss my Jawbone, and will probably switch to another well known brand in the future that will enable repairs to be made on relatively new merchandise.  Too expensive to be disposable.

Update: The 35% discount is equal to the same price as the general public on the website.  So much for wanting to keep me as part of the 'fitbit family' by offering a discount.  Insulting.
