Lag induced by watchface

Hi all,

I just want to share some observations I made.

I saw quite some contrary posts and videos regarding smoothness respectively lag when navigating the OS. The first review videos before the Fitbit was available also looked different, some showing noticeable lag, others not.

Checking the differences, I found that lag was visible in videos, where the SPO2 watchface was used. I checked other forums ( like Versa 2 ), and people there were also talking about lag and higher battery consumption when using this watchface. So I personally did not even bother to download it so far, also due to other well known limitations. But I bought a new watchface two days ago and had major lag problems for the first time. For me it does only affect navigating on the horizontal axis ( quick settings / apps ) so far, but it is pretty severe aka unusable.

I am not claiming that the sense is the smoothest/fastest smartwatch on this planet, but if you have major lag issues while navigating, you should / could try different watchfaces.

This could at least mitigate that problem.

The Sense uses a new version of the O/S, Fitbit 5.0. If the watch face has not been updated for that O/S you may see all sorts of issues. Always best to contact the clock face developer.
