Left Bose QuietConfort Earbud sound not working with Sense

Hi,

I have been having a problem with playing music with  a new set of Bose QuietConfort Earbuds with two different Fitbit Sense watches. Whenever I connect and play music through the headphones the sound "crackles" and is severely distorted in the left earbud. There is a time delay between right and left earbuds.

I also tried with Bose QC35 Bluetooth Headphones and in these headphones  the  sound quality is excellent.

Note the headphones work correctly when paired with my phone.

The application for playing music is Deeze.

Bose product name: Bose QuietConfort Earbuds

Fitbit Sense

Thanks in advance!

Matías.

Hello @MatiasT Welcome to the Community Forums!

When dealing with any Bluetooth devices; compatibility issues may arise. I recommend connecting sense to different audio devices; you may try with a Bluetooth speaker or headphones as you've been doing. Note that there are some Bluetooth headphones that work better.

Keep me posted.
