Not sure if this is the best place, but my Fitbit Sense no longer has letters or numbers that show up on any of the screens since I updated it earlier this week. It will tracks to my phone app, and I can scroll through everything, but am unable to see anything on the menu. I can't roll back the update or do a factory reset as I can't see anything. Customer service could do nothing, and the only thing I got was them telling me I was out of warranty and they could give me a coupon to buy a new one. Incredibly frustrated because it was an update that they pushed out that has essentially made the device worthless. Any help?

Hi @castro8 - first try a basic restart, hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start. This may clear it if it is a temporary problem.
If this doesn't fix it you will need to do a factory reset by button as most likely the update didn't install properly and the operating system is corrupted.
For that you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support. They will take you through it.
