Light on watch wont shut off stays on all the time and is draining the battery on my Sense watch

It is staying  on all the time and is draining the battery. I'm having certain issues most importantly the battery is being drained, last only 2 to 3 days before needing charged.How do I  get the background light to turn off ,even in the middle of the night I can see the light under the sheets.

You've accidentally got the display set to always-on.  That's a setting in Quick Settings, swiping right from clock face.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi @kimbedone - in addition to what @JohnnyRow says you may also want to set up a watch sleep mode schedule in watch Settings, Quiet modes, this will also save battery.
